I joined Rocket Health as a Growth and Product Associate in January 2022 during my final college year. I was a member of the founding team and led growth and user acquisition
• For every $1 spent, the company made $11.32 in revenue which is a revenue to burn ratio of 11:1. Other healthcare companies at similar scale had a revenue to burn ratio of 0.3-0.5:1 (2023)
• Helped in acquiring the first 20,000 users on the platform
• Led the growth of telehealth from 5-10 sessions per day to 200+ sessions per day within 20 months.
• Achieved consistent 10-15% month-over-month (MoM) user growth while simultaneously lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Conducted data analysis to make the right decisions to improve retention and other revenue ops.
• Managed ₹1cr+ in ad spend across Meta and Google Ads and also built landing pages
• Leveraged no-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, Typeform and Calendly to build and launch new features quickly.
• Built customer dashboards for retention and monthly revenue breakdowns, providing key insights for the leadership team and driving data-informed decision-making.
